DGL Travel Corporation Terms and Conditions

DGL Travel Corporation respects and values our clients and customers. DGL Travel will like to ensure that passengers and clients are satisfied with their transportation needs.

  • All clients are required to give accurate information on the reservation form. Due to high demands we kindly ask that all reservations are final.
  • Within a 24 hour reservation, after the first hour if cancel, 25% of the reservation will be redeem by DGL Travel.
  • Within the first one and a half hour, within a 24 hour reservation 50% of the reservation will be redeem by DGL Travel.
  • Any cancellation done after the first one and a half hour within a 24 hour booking period, there will be no refund.
  • If a passenger is a no show there will be absolutely no refunds.

There will be no drugs, alcohol or smoking permitted in the vehicles. No smoking will be allowed in the vehicles. Open containers containing alcohol will not be allowed in the Vehicles.

Any bodily fluids, interior damage or physical damage done to the vehicle caused by the passenger, the passenger will be fully liable for the payment of cleaning and repairing the vehicle. The funds will be taking out of the card that was used to book reservation.

Drivers have the right to terminate a trip without refund if the driver’s feels threatened or deemed unsafe.

Customer pays all transaction fees that comes along with their reservation.

There are no refunds on same day Reservation.

Friday- 9am-5pm

Saturday- 10am-2pm

Sunday- Close

Reservation can be booked on the website at any time it is available for clients 24 hours.
